Is it possible to have morning sickness before a positive pregnancy test? My last pregnancy (#2) was so bad with morning sickness that I had it the whole pregnancy. 
I just got done battling covid and this is no way in hell covid related. I have pregnancy symptoms

Not before a positive. If you are not producing enough hcg to turn a pregnancy test positive it is HIGHLY unlikely you have enough hcg to have morning sickness.

It’s 100 percent positive. I got sick with my son before my test came up positive. The hospital did a blood test and said i was pregnant.
