Does anybody have any recommendations or remedy’s? These is my inner thigh I am SO ashamed and embarrassed please help !!!!!!!

My inner thighs get irritated too and wearing light and loose or baggy pants always helps calm the irritation. I also try to keep it dry between my legs and shower every night with a mild bar soap. If nothing seems to help I’d call your dermatologist and see if they can check you out! Best of luck :)
