Any midwives or doctors? HELP

Question

I did an ultrasound yesterday and they said babys nose is too small, what can this possibly mean? The baby has nose bone but the size and angle seems to be abnormal. 
Please help! 
I’ll attach a picture from yesterdays scan! 
Baby is 19 weeks 2 days.

Just a caveat, some of the standards measurements don’t take into account averages for different ethnic groups. If your ethnic group tends to have a shorter wider nose structure, it’s possible that it doesn’t correlate as much with possible syndromes or conditions. Obviously your care team will know best and guide you, but something to be aware of

I think I read online recently that a small nose is a potential sign of Down syndrome and baby’s with Down syndrome tend to have a smaller nose and facial features. Praying for all good news! I have my next ultrasound tomorrow too and they will be scanning for Down syndrome, it’s so nerve racking going into these ultrasounds sometimes

Did you ask the dr at the time? You’ll need to speak with them. Whoever told you this without an explanation was cruel and should not have said anything. Call the dr and ask them and let us know. 
Without anything else to go on, if everything else is normal and healthy, I don’t think a too small nose would be bad. In combination with other health issues/conditions it could have other implications. I would not speculate or ask dr google, go straight to a dr for reliable info. Good luck.
