are the apps accurate?

any mamas on here used tracking apps such as flo , glow , etc. and gotten pregnant? i wanna know how accurate the apps are! (: sending baby dust to those who are ttc!

OPK’s or BBT tracking is always the only way to know for sure. Just the app it self is usually a day or two off for me some cycles plus depends if you period changes then your ovulation changes so its really just a guess

My Glow app got better over time the most positive OPKs I logged. To the other comment or, it does add some pressure but my husband and I also don’t have very high sex drives so to put our efforts into the best day worked for us!

My period has always been regular.. so the apps were accurate for me. My period would arrive at the time it was predicted on the app & I’m sure my ovulation did as well. I’ve never used OPK’s or anything, I just tracked my cycle on Ovia & have gotten pregnant 4 times doing so.
