I went through his phone without him knowing… he called another girl (cô worker) mami and mamacita…. I can’t confront him because he’ll get mad that I went through his shit. Idk what to do. We’ve been together for 8 years and we have two kids together . I am financially unable to leave him and I feel stuck

so you obviously feel disrespected (and it sounds like you consider this cheating) but are worried about him being mad you went through his phone? so instead of standing up for the disrespect you’ve endured, you’re nervous about hurting his feelings so you’re gonna stay silent and just act like nothing happened?

You are not stuck , you just sit him down and question him about don't worry about how mad he's gonna get because your feelings matter as well and your kids and if the relationship is having problems they need to be addressed because that can affect the kids as well especially when they see their parents not getting along so I'm not saying do what I'm saying just giving advice and if he's an adult he will be able to sit and have an adult conversation without getting mad because you matter and deserve respect as well

I wouldnt jump to conclusions just yet. How long has he worked with this person. Is he a flirt? Could that just be a term of endearment? If he hasnt given u reason to believe hes cheating i dont think u should get worked up unless u see perverted or sensual text. Coworkers joke. Coworkers bond. And coworkers sometimes give terms of endearment when they work together and form a bond or family. I have male coworkers i was close with and dont even no longer work with them … and they text me…. I joke etc but nothing offensive.
     Instead of letting this go to your head. Take a step back. Breathe in and out and relax. Has he been a good husband/bf? Has he been a good provider? Does he help you with the kids? Even if he has been inappropriate…. thats a discussion and a warning. If he has cheated then u can take a time out and think about your life and kids. Dont make long term decisions while upset or angry. And think logically about a reasonable transition because trying to uproot kids and your life in one moment is gonna be burdensome on you. You will need a plan. 
       He probably has not done anything but please let this be a wake up call. What is your plan if he dies or things end. Have u been getting your education or career together? Do u have adequate life insurance if he dies so u and your kids can survive….. minimum 10x his annual pay? Have u been working on making sure your life is whole and complete outside of him by focusing on your health, weight, finances, hobbies, friendships and family relationships? What can u do so u dont feel derailed if something does ever happen between u two? Start working on yourself and life and make sure u always hve a plan b!

Start saving your money and applying for all government assistance and base on income housing tax is almost here use that money to get your own place don’t second guess it I know it’s easier said then done but you will feel free and don’t tell him shit till you ready to walk out that door you might want to find a new male friend to keep you company while you stack your bread.

Leave his ass he’s not worth your stress or putting yourself or your kids though that he should know better than that crap what is wrong is your stuck in your head you need to get out of it and do what’s right once he see that your packing up your and the kids stuff he’ll ask why and then that’s when I would be like I’m tired of you damn lies and going behind my back knowing I’ll eventually find out so I’m doing what’s right for me and our kids and that’s getting away from you and if that takes him to cry then that’s when I will turn around like oh save the tears because you sure we’re not thinking about us when you were cheating on me The girl do it right pack your shit and your kids and get the hell out of there

Don’t stay in a relationship where there is no trust. Yes, it will take time due to financial obstacles but you can do it. Get your ducks in a row. You’re not married since you say bf. So apply to any and all benefits for you and your children. Pediatrician can help get the resources listed out then your local library can help you fill out forms. Start with a part time job to start billing a bank account. You can do it! Sending strength your way mama ❤️
