I had my first ultrasound today at 7w6d. We saw one healthy baby with a heartbeat and another gestational sac with just a yolk sac. Dr says it likely is not another viable pregnancy, but the gestational sac is measuring correctly. Has anyone had just a yolk sac for the second baby at this gestation and later went on to find another healthy baby? I know vanishing twins are common and I’m so grateful for my one healthy baby. Just curious if it’s possible baby B will be there when we go back next week.
