I have a very high pace demanding job and I literally have to give myself a pep talk everyone morning, because I’m struggling. Pep talk usually goes, “your bad ass and so many women before you have done this.” “It’s only a couple more weeks or nausea, push though.” Some days are worse than others, but we have no choice but to keep pushing onward. It will get easier, I promise!

Yeah, working full time with a toddler. I'm tired as hell but stay getting that money. Can't afford to not (my fiance works full time as well but his job doesn't make as much)

I just told my work I'm done today. I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow. This is my 4th baby and I'm 42 with a physically demanding job. Hip pain, knee/ankle pain, sciatic nerve pain, pelvic girdle pain, carpel tunnel, pretty much everything lol. It got way too much and i was having way more contractions than i was comfortable with and i couldn't really stop what i was doing to wait for them to calm down so i'd have to work thru it and sit down a bit later. It got pretty bad and my whole uterus would cramp up for hours.. so I'm glad to be done with that!!! It's sucks not having that money but baby's heath and mine are more important. We'll manage somehow. It will be nice to have time just to prepare for baby. 😊If you can keep working and need the money then do it. Do what you know to be best for your pregnancy 😊

You can absolutely work during pregnancy. There’s no reason you can’t unless your doctor specifically tells you not to

Once my HG was under control I worked at my areas largest hospital on my feet all day during the pandemic while having a high risk pregnancy. Gotta do what ya gotta do to support your family!

I worked 40 hrs a week until 40 weeks. Was on my feet all day and had sciatic pain. I took lots of sit breaks. But was just fine. Unless your dr says different keep working. Make that money!!

Currently working 40 hours a week, 8-5 and it’s kicking my butt. I also have lupus and currently I am in a mini flare. 😣 baby’s doing great though, so all I can do is try to rest as much as possible on the weekends and keep my stress levels down.
