What is good for breast milk leakage at night/ daytime

I’ve tried breast pads but they don’t work and then I tried the hakaa lady bugs and they work but I have to stay on my back and if I move wrong all the milk that it collects spills so it’s worse it’s also kind of uncomfortable

Not going to lie, I just used folded wash clothes until my supply leveled out overnight. If I woke and it was bad I’d use my Hakka to hand express some but I never had a better solution.

Oversupply should go away after 8 weeks of delivery. And basically you will have the very right amount of milk for your baby. If it’s already more than that, I would recommend to talk to lactation consultant, as regular oversupply can lead to stagnation of milk, and than it may lead to mastitis. Be careful, mama!

Mandela has some thicker pads (https://www.target.com/p/medela-super-absorbent-disposable-nursing-pads-60ct/-/A-744912#lnk=sametab ) you may want to try. They seem to hold quite a bit. Also, if you have an over-supply (I’m assuming given how much you are leaking), you can try a tighter bra which will help. Just be careful to watch fir clog ducts if the bra presses unevenly in some places (eg under your arm pits or under your breast). I hope this helps a little. Good luck!

Try different brands of breast pads.   That's what they are for.  That's not what the haaka lady bugs are for.  The haaka is for catching letdown on the opposing breast.    But like feminine pads they're different size and shape and thicknesses of breast pads.

Yeah I used dish towel and pee pads on the bed at night for the first 4 months. I used breast pads during the day b it had to change them out like every 2 hours. I can feel when I’m about to have a let down so if it wasn’t feeding time and it happened I would hold my boobs until the feeling went away. No milk leakage that way
