AF is now 12 days late

I did a first response test which was negative and out of curiosity I did an ovulation test and this was peak and I have EWCM .. maybe I didn’t ovulate when I thought originally and only doing so now? I normally have bad cystic acne during ovulation and haven’t had that which is strange

Anyone ever experienced delayed ovulation when cycles are normally like clockwork?

Are OPKs reliable for ovulation or do I need to start taking temperature too?

Hi just looking for a little advice

AF is 10 days late, my cycles are usually like clockwork and ovulation definitely occurred (OPK and pelvic pain)

I haven’t changed diet, exercise, medication, not under any stress and haven’t been ill

Only thing I can think of is the covid vaccine which I had mid November but I did have a normal period in December after that so didn’t think it would affect the next cycle?

Only early pregnancy symptom I’ve had is fatigue over the last week, everything else seems normal. I have pelvic pain quite frequently as I suffer from interstitial cystitis so nothing unusual.

I have tested several times with home pregnancy tests (cheap Amazon ones) and all negative, not sure whether to buy a branded pregnancy test or arrange visit to the doctors for blood test? Or should I wait it out and see it AF appears?
