Leg ach?

So last night I had a weird dream and I fell and hurt my leg and it was really bad when I was sleeping I didn’t wake up for some reason. And then this morning my right calf started aching it’s aching just enough to annoy me I took Tylenol but does anyone else have those for pregnancy? Never had this with my first. And I have googled it and it said like blood clot and cramps and stuff but it doesn’t feel like either of those and I’m trying to think positive LOL
