We’ve been TTC for 4 1/2 years. One miscarriage, 2 failed fresh <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> transfers.

The clinic called to ask if we wanted to start our next cycle in March (we have 3 frozen embryos). I have been offered a job where they have offered me a fast track promotion to earn A LOT of money within 6 months (if I’m any good).

Im currently signed off work with anxiety due to my current job so I know l’m not in the right frame of mind to start <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> but I’m already 36. I technically can’t leave my current job until the end of April but I’m going to ask to be released early.

Do I do my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> in March meaning that I might not get maternity pay? Or wait 6 months until my job is settled? Help!
