My fiancé and I have been together for 3 years, he has a problem with missing work. Just this week he has missed 4 days out of a 5 day work week. He then sleeps in, and plays the game all day long. I have talked to him several times about it, even asking if everything is okay (mental health)

He always responds saying no everything is fine, and he will do way better. He has promised this over 8 times within the span of 3 months. I don’t know what to do? Thoughts?
