I got my first ultrasound and the doctor didn’t seem worried about anything and just kept saying congratulations. She said I am measuring right on track for 6 weeks. But she said the baby is 3mm. I thought the baby should be twice that size at 6 weeks. And the heart rate was 107. We couldn’t hear it but we did see it on the video. Is that heart rate high enough? I keep reading other people with their heart rate at like 140+ just nervous as this is my second pregnancy but my other was a MC and we never saw the heartbeat
