Misses period 12 days late , spotting !
So I’ve missed my period 12 days late as shown , negative pregnancy test 3 days ago what is this ? Is this implantation bleeding I’m going to the doctors tomorrow I’ve just started spotting today only when I wipe and been having lower back pain is my period coming on ?
