Condom broke

Hi, my boyfriend and I were intimate tonight and the condom broke. This has never happened before and I got off birth control a few months ago bc of side effects. I just had a period and I'm in my follicular phase. I'm 6 days from my fertile window. How concerned should I be. Should I take plan B?
