Nausea on the combined pill

Hey girls/NB pals

I’ve been on the pill for about 3 months now and I’ve had nausea for the last month. Comes and goes but is almost every night. Can affect my eating (rn I have no appetite at all) and I can’t take it anymore!!

I do have intense anxiety which has gotten worse of late, but I can tackle that- I’m worried it’s the pill that’s making it worse.

Online it says that nausea that lasts more than a few days should be told to a doctor, and I did that- she said “yeah the pill will make you nauseous”. Didn’t seem concerned at all (and no I’m not pregnant!!)

Any of you guys had such prolonged nausea at the start of taking the pill??

I can’t have the rod to replace the pill if the nausea keeps going (that was my first BC method and I bled for 6 months) so if this doesn’t stop, what else can I do?? I’m really scared to get an IUD, what about the Depo shot?
