Does anyone have any insight or advice when it comes to getting approved for a home loan? I get out of the military this upcoming June. I applied for my home loan and was denied 🥲 My credit score is good etc. However because I get out of the navy in less than a year they will not approve me unless I have a job letter saying I’m hired etc. which first of all if I knew that then I would’ve applied at that mark. It almost feels impossible because I am not in Florida (Tampa is home so around that area is where I’m buying the home) yet so I can’t get a job letter from anyone there as almost everyone is urgently hiring. I’ve tried 🙃 I thought maybe instacarting or Amazon flex would solve my problem however because I haven’t done it for two years they still will not approve my ass. I just had a daughter and I atleast wanted a starter house when we first get there. I begin school in June and intend to receive the bah etc and intended on getting a job. I just want the house secured before we arrived as to not depend on anyone and to be able to move our current belongings there etc. Also apartments are also hard to come by due to us having two pitties. Didn’t know after 8 years in I’d be denied my veteran loan because I have less than a year left 😭😂 But that was uneducated me I suppose. Not saying ima make a letter….buttttt do they even look into the hiring letter if I were to turn one in? 🥴😂 I just need help. Why was I miserable for 8 years to not be able to get my house when I need it. Makes me sad.
