IVF #2, TTC 3.5 years

I am trying to get some insight from someone who have gone through few IVF cycle and got positive outcome with diagnosis of Low AMH.

I have had my tubes checked , ERA cycle , mock transfer with scratch. Only thing I haven’t done is PGD testing because I only make 2-3 blast and I am scared if biopsy, thawing can damage them and chance of me having transfer becomes 0 and also It cost me 8k to test them only..

I have been in this app for more than 2 years and received so much help and reassurance. My background : 36 yrs old, low AMH , AFC count 5-6, unexplained fertility, 1 IUI at 2020 failed . (2020- 2021 )1 IVF , ER -6 follicle , 5 fertilized , 3 made it to 5 day blastocyst. 1st transfer failed to implant, 2nd transfer , reassuring positive beta at 7DPT 121 but failed to double so blighted ovum.terminated at 9 weeks.

Now after draining our savings and insurance money , we waited one more year to recover and save money.

Now 2022, switched insurance to hubby , changed my job to only as needed , lost 14 Lbs, added Cq10, vitamin D, and starting new cycle. I have appointment in a week to do HSG again , then discuss plan for another IVF cycle .

My questions is what different approach or protocol have any of you tried ? I was in antagonist protocol with estrogen priming , gonal f and menopour stimulation.

What are my chances of this second IVF cycle making any egg quality embryos. Any of you have any story to share.
