Thoughts?

Question

I have taken multiple pregnancy tests. Starting with strips & then yesterday a clear blue rapid detection. All stark negative. 
I’ve been having very mild breast pain and abdominal cramps the last 3-4days+. 
I’m on cycle day 34 and according to my opk test & the app I ovulated on CD 16. 
What do you think? AF coming & just wait? Wait a couple days and test? Haven’t been tracking temps but this morning my BBT is 97.81.

It sounds like you may have ovulated late. If you ovulated on CD16, you would be 18dpo…more than enough time for a positive hpt. The number one reason for a delayed period isn’t pregnancy, it’s delayed ovulation, you actually have to ovulate to start the hormone cascade that brings in your period.
You should start temping next month on day 1 of your cycle. Invest in a BBT thermometer. Opks only confirm an LH surge that instigates ovulation, not ovulation itself (you can have a surge & not ovulate). Temping is the only way to confirm if and when it’s happening.
