Is this thrush?

Question

The roof of her mouth, back of her gums and top of her tongue are all white. Is that normal or could it be thrush? 
She is 6 weeks old and very fussy. If she's not eating or sleeping, she's crying.

Looks fine to me. The white on tongue could be from milk. I’m no doctor though.

Her gums are very red and she looks miserable. Maybe thrush or could be something else, I’d have her dr take a look for safety. Good luck.

Looks like an abscess on her gums happens to babies sometimes take her to the doctor is she feeding at all if not feeding take her to the ER because babies get dehydrated very quickly

I was told their tongues would be white, looks like baby's tongue is. But also, I have no idea.
