When to BD

Question

Hi! I got a positive opk today and we BD yesterday am and wasn’t sure if I should BD today (lunch time) and tonight? Or skip tonight and do it tomorrow. When you get a positive opk, how much time do you have to BD. I haven’t gotten my ovulation dip on my bbt today but it’s usually the day after my opk.

When you get a postive/peak opk, within 24-36 hours, you suppose to ovulate. 😉😉😉

They say once a day is good! BD today if you’re in the mood! They also say that if you’re in the mood is when your ovulation is at its highest!
