Covid… keep doing work out or rest?

I’m curious others opinions. About 3 weeks ago I started working out again. 20 min workout (I follow a video) every day. My body adjusted faster than I thought it would and I’m already seeing results which has been nice but still out of shape since pregnancy and postpartum. My kids tested positive for covid on Sunday and have had mild symptoms.. my husband and I have been negative and no symptoms. Last night I started feeling a tiny bit like I might be getting sick so my husband suggested I skip my workout and rest. This morning I feel the same, a little sinus ish and scratchy throat. Tired, nothing major. I’m undecided if it’s better for my body to just rest or keep doing my workout if my symptoms don’t get worse. Any thoughts?
