Letrozole and to IUI or not to IUI…

3 years trying. One pregnancy May 2021 with a missed miscarriage and D&C July 2021. opk kits every month. Always ovulate. Bloodwork and tests are totally fine from 2 years ago. Husbands Semen Analysis was low (ish) but didn’t warrant further testing. My specialist does want him to repeat so we’re doing that since it’s been awhile. I know the process, but who has done Letrozole, with IUI as well or not, how many cycles did you do, success or not? What was your cost? They said only 20% success rate for my age (34) and it’s $1,800 with IUI and $900 without. I do have to have it guided to make sure I don’t produce too many follicles due to my bicornuate uterus (which they said has no effect getting pregnant?). UGH. Do I do this or what? Everything checks fine on my end and I did end up pregnant once.
