Hello! I am 34yrs and trying to conceive for over a year now. Now at 5DPO. Please tell me how soon can i take a test and are there any symptoms at 8th or 9th dpo? Its really tough to wait for 2weeks. My current symptoms are sore boobs and slight headaches.. but a lot of times my mind plays games with me and tricks me into believing I may be pregnant.

I’m right there with you at 5dpo. I had a positive test with my son at 9dpo and I think it’s very rare but possible at 8dpo. Trying to wait until day 9 to start testing. Also keep in mind that a negative test early doesn’t mean much as it can be positive if you give it a few more days.

Do your best to wait at least until 10 dpo. It’s so hard to wait, I know.
