Hello!

My cycles have always been pretty irregular, but this one is strange. My cycles have always been anywhere between 28-33 days long. I have only had one abnormal cycle in the past six months which was 40 days long. Up until today. My cycle just ended at 19 days and I woke up this morning with my period. I recently started taking prenatals just over 2 weeks ago to get my body ready for pregnancy, and I am wondering if they could’ve somehow triggered my period early. I have never taken them before, and I am just a little worried as I have never had a cycle this short before. So my question is have you had short cycles since taking prenatals? Or do you think this is just a one off? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you :)
