Due in a few months with baby #2. My son will have just turned 17 months when baby sister is born. Looking for tips on how to help prepare him for a younger sibling! We talk about baby sister and my husband will give my belly kisses and say ‘baby sister is in there’. Now my son will come over and lift up my shirt and give my belly kisses 🥺. He also has a babydoll we cuddle and gives kisses to and practice being gentle with. Obviously he doesn’t really understand there’s another human on the way lol.

What else can we do to help prepare him? And any advice on adjusting to 2 close in age?
