Pelvic pain?

I’m 8dpo today and I had a a sharp shooting cramp on the left side of my pubic mons/pelvic area it lasted about 5 seconds. I’ve been very forgetful and exhausted since about 5dpo. My breasts and nipples are sore as well as I’ve been having post nasal drip and the occasional sneeze I’ve read this can be a weird symptom I’m probably reaching as it’s been 2 years TTC but had anyone had this and got a a BFP? Could that pain have been implantation it wasn’t really painful like a sharp jab but just a little uncomfortable. Peak day was confirmed with a digital clear blue on the 18th.
