Staying in shape
Hi everyone!
As of recently I was in really great shape due to my job being very labor intensive. I wasn't on a diet either but still felt really good about myself. In December I was promoted into an office job and I've now somehow gained 10 lbs. It all went to my stomach too of course :/
I am 5'11 and was 143. Now I'm about 153/154
I'm just wondering if anyone has advice for healthy eating habits/what to pack in lunches, etc? I also joined a gym but I'm not too familiar with the machines. Any motivational tips/practices to get myself to the gym?
