Today my brother ( that I've been letting stay with me) invited my mom to my apartment without my consent. I have covid so I'm in the living room and my boyfriend & my daughter were in the bedroom. My mom came over acting like she was just there to check on my brother and me but was that a lie! She got mad because my apartment wasn't cleaned to her standards and picked a fight with my boyfriend they exchanged words and she swung on him and he pushed her out of his way and my brother and mom decided to jump my boyfriend for absolutely no reason. The cops were called and they were trying so hard to get my bf arrested talking about he was abusing me (which he isnt) and constantly lying. My bf almost got arrested I'm trying to calm myself down because all of that pissed me off and the cops needed me to calm down in order to figure out what happened. My mom made a comment saying that I'm broke and kept saying she would take care of my daughter. It was getting worse. My landlord is in the process of evicting us because we are responsible for anyone that comes to our apartment. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do and which way to turn . My bf didnt go to jail but now we're put in a situation that we didn't ask to be in. My family honestly believes my mom and brother planned to do this on purpose bc this is not the first time they have done something like this to me but it's definitely the last time.
