Sounds like a miscarriage?
I tested positive for pregnancy last week exactly. My hcg level is only 44 and I’m bleeding. It’s very light now but was heavy yesterday especially when the doc pressed on my left ovary. They said my cervix is closed but they didn’t see a baby on the abdomen scan.
