Twins maybe ??
I went to a place that only does ultrasounds. When she saw the other sac she was so unsure so have to wait til my doctors appointment next Wednesday with my real doctor who will do a transvaginal . But thoughts are welcomed. Baby to the left we heard heart beat and saw it . Second sac looks like it’s something there in the very top left corner .
