Exercise accountability buddy

Hello :)

I’ve always been a dieter, I’ve done every diet under the sun, lost weight and always gained it back and more. Since I’ve started TTC I decided I cannot be doing extreme diets anymore and need to focus on developing healthier habits and changing my lifestyle.

My main focus right now is doing 30 minutes on the treadmill 5 or 6 days a week. Nothing crazy and very manageable for my wfh schedule.

I’m hoping to find an accountability partner for the next 3 months who is looking to do 30 minutes a day of any exercise. I’ve tried doing this with my friends but we always forget or get side tracked with our events and just end up falling off after 2 or 3 weeks.

Does anyone want to be my buddy and we can check in everyday together at a set time?

P.S. I’m not setting any weight loss goals or pounds to lose goals because I’m trying to change my lifestyle. My only goal is CONSISTENCY. If this is something you’re trying to do too, let’s be buddies :)
