BFN at 10DPO - is there still a chance?

I got a BFN at 10 DPO yesterday and in the evening my breasts started feeling sore which never happens before AF. I’m definitely not getting hopes up because I also have some cramping. Mainly just curious if there’s still a chance, or maybe my AF symptoms have changed a bit. Thanks!
