Last Monday (1/24) I went in for my first

appointment where I should've been 7w4d

based on LMP. However, I typically ovulate

between 5-7 days later. All they found was an empty sac measuring about 6 weeks. I haven't had any bleeding or cramping or a decrease in symptoms but not seeing anything on the scan, I convinced myself I'm having a miscarriage. However, nothing has changed or happened. Did anyone have an empty sac around 6w and go back the following week to everything being fine??
