Lump or pimple

Hey guys. So I started to have pain last night on my right lip of my vagina. Well I just kept getting worse and hurt to touch. So I just want to the bathroom and noticed a bump with a white head there. So I popped it and a yellowish liquid came out. But now it’s just clear liquid but like nothing coming out and now there is just a hard lump on my Vigina lip. I’m trying to get pregnant and this is not. What I need in the mix of it. It’s so embarrassing and I don’t wanna tell my SO because I don’t want him to freak. Is this something to worry about?
