I already had my period at the beginning of this month (Jan. 3rd - 7th) I missed my patch change date by 4 days due to me being on bed rest. I was suppose to change to my new patch Jan. 16th but i didn’t change it until the 20th. Ever since the 20th (today is the 29th) i’ve been bleeding. It’s not spotting — the blood is bright red & i have minor cramping but they’re in the same spots i cramp at during my actual period. I’m not sure if i’m now irregular due to me missing those days or if my body is just off track. Should i make an appointment with my gyno or just wait until it clears? PLSSS PLSS ANY ADVICE HELPS
