Everything hurts
Im 3 months post partum. I had an epidural and am experiencing extreme lower back pain and shoulder/neck pain on one side from feeding. It hurts to lift my baby it hurts to sit upright,bend over and sometimes just hurts in general. It’s so frustrating and I work full time on my feet all day. Has anyone experienced this and did anything that helps?
