I’m so surprised by how uncomfortable (painful) sex (attempted sex) was. Any tips on how to make it more comfortable? FTM with 5 tears. 😭😭 Send prayers and tips please! When does it get better?!

It takes a few tries to get back to feeling comfortable with no pain. Try foreplay and having an orgasm before sex to help lubricate.

After I had my first, which was a c section, I still didn’t have sex for like 9 weeks lol. I just had zero desire and it was really hard to feel/stay turned on. It didn’t get better for at least a few months :/

If you are breastfeeding your hormones are lowering your sex drive and ability to get turned on- natural lubrication and engorgement which makes room for a penis.
