Me any my husband has been separated for 8 months we just recently decided to try and work things out we have 2 kids together and for those 8 months he didn’t see the kids or send any money or anything to help out I would ask and he always had an excuse so I just recently filled my taxes and I claimed my boys and he asked how much I was getting back and I told him and asked if I was giving him any money and I said no we are just getting back together and you really didn’t help me with them for more then six months so I technically have the right to claim them this year and he’s pissed about that but the reason why we separated ( not the whole reason but part of it) was because i brought his car from him 2700 dollars and but I didn’t get the title which over immediately because I’m thinking oh I paid for he’s my husband he’s not gonna fuck me over but the first argument we get in he takes my car and goes to another state and there is nothing I can do because his name is on the title not mine so should I feel bad for not giving him any of my tax money or am right in my decision
