Has anyone found out they are pregnant at 4 weeks, got faint positives for a few days, had heavy bleeding for a few days around 5 weeks, and then started getting stronger positive pregnancy tests?

This is happening to me and I went in for an ultrasound thinking I miscarried during the bleeding, but my tests are coming back super dark and the OB saw nothing in my uterus and no ectopic. The tests from 1/18 are before the bleeding happened and the tests on the 26th and 28th were after the bleeding but the doctor isn’t seeing anything.

I go in for blood work on Tuesday, but I’m just curious if someone else has experienced something crazy like this.
