Nauseous after being on BC for months

Hi hi I’ve been on Aubra EQ for about 6 months and I still feel nauseous about an hour after taking it. I know the first 3-4 months were when you’d feel the most nauseous and spotting would occur but it’s been 6 months now and I still experience nausea and very light spotting. Is it normal or should I talk to my doctor???
