1 week postpartum

So I’m 1 week and 4 days postpartum and I just stopped bleeding. I’m noticing that it hurts my uterus to pee and poop. It hurts to the point to where I don’t even want to pee or poop when I have too. Is this normal? I didn’t have this after my first baby. I hope it’s not a sign of infection.
