My daughter is almost 6 weeks old and she has developed what I thought was baby acne but my son has baby acne and it didn’t look anything like hers. Her scalp, face and neck have these red dots all over her. Her pediatrician saw her a week ago and he said her neck looks more like a heat rash but it’s not hot out and it’s been a few weeks that she’s had these marks. It doesn’t seem to bother her but they also don’t seem to be going away yet. She wakes up every day with more red spots.

Do you think it’s a sensitivity to her shampoo or just baby acne?
