Tw :: possible miscarriage???

I’m unsure if I’m having a miscarriage? I’ve been bleeding & when I went to the er my hcg was at a 88.0 & nothing could be seen on the transvaginal sono? Since then I went to my ob for blood hcg redraw check to see if my levels are rising or lowering. I won’t know the results until tomorrow or Tuesday… this would be my 3rd pregnancy, I already have 2 living kids & have never experienced this…  I have never had a miscarriage or possible miscarriage so I have no idea what to expect?? I have not had any clotting or haven’t passed anything?

Hi Jordan- I’m going through a similar scare right now. On Tuesday I had heavy heavy bleeding for 4 hours (I even passed clots). It was terrifying and I of course just thought I was experiencing a miscarriage. I called my doctor and told them I miscarried and they had me come in to confirm since I was only 5 weeks, 4 days I hadn’t had an appointment yet. When they checked my levels, they did not indicate a miscarriage and the next day I had an ultrasound and they saw a yolk sac and possible fetal pole. (No heartbeat as it was also early). Right now I’m in the same waiting period and it’s really hard. I’ve been researching and early bleeding can be a attributed to a Subchorionic hemorrhage or some other kinda of bleeding that’s not always miscarriage. I am wishing the absolute best for you🤍

Update: it’s a miscarriage… my levels went down to a 34 😪
