Can you please help me interpret this?

Hello! This is the first possible positive pregnancy test I’ve ever taken. We’ve been ttc for 2.5 years and after countless negative tests I’m a little in shock. I’m also nervous about the first line being more noticeable than the second. Does this look like a positive test to you? I can’t wait until tomorrow morning to take another test.
