Nursing/pumping

Hey ladies, so I’m exclusively breastfeeding my baby who is 10 days old, she is doing great she eats every 3 hours typically and nurses for about an hour between both sides, my question is do I need to pump to make sure I’m producing enough milk for her I pump maybe 4 times a day to build a little stash in case I go back to work sooner than later... but as far as her nursing will my supply drop with the three hour gap?? I pumped exclusively with my last due to her having ties so I just want to make sure I’m doing this right lol
