Induce labor
Currently 38+2 and I’m over it at this point 😅 what can I do to safely speed up this process. I was checked last week and was only 1cm dilated. I haven’t lost my mucus plug yet and not sure what contractions would even feel like (FTM) I just have lots of pelvic pressure and she’s always tight so not sure but nothing that’s unbearable yet. I walk a lot and tried squatting. What helped you?
