Breast pain
Ok so our son was born 12/22. Since I have not went anywhere! Besides doctors appointments and a quick run to the grocery store. We went out this Saturday &Sunday. I usually pump every 2-3 hours. Since I was out wasn’t able. Day one I pumped as soon as we got home no pain. Day 2 we get home breast are soooo heavy and hurt really bad. Google said to massage because it may be a blocked duct. Don’t feel a blocked duct yet. Any other recommendations?
