Poop in my vagina? HELP

Hi everyone!

So I’m on a weekend trip and usually I feel uncomfortable pooping in someone else’s house and won’t poop but that’s not the problem. I went to the restroom to pee an hour after eating and was fine but a few hours later and I’m kind of constipated but I go to wipe my vagina first and there was poop. Thought I wiped too far back but I had to wipe it several times because there was a lot. I go home tomorrow and won’t be able to see a doc til the end of the week but I’m very nervous as I’m not sure what this means or if it was a one time thing? I have a 5hr bus ride ahead of me and am freaking out. Any help would be appreciated!
