I think it looks comparable to mine!  Here are all three of my kids at 20 weeks from youngest to oldest (she looks just like her oldest brother).

I think it looks normal! I just had a scan today, and I feel like my baby’s head looks super flat. Waiting to hear from the doctor.. hoping it was just because he was wiggling around so much.
